Is there any reason to raise here preflop? I mean probably everyone will call the raise, best scenario blinds fold.

here is no reason to limp.you don't want to play your AK against many players.you should raise to 250(3bb+1bb/limper).and depending on how many opponents call you can make a cbet even if you don't hit and take down the pot.this is the reason for raising

We raise here to thin the field a little bit and also for value.. If our opponent will all call except the blinds if we raise here We've made a good raise.. Opponents will call with worse kx and ax and will give us a bunch of chips when we hit. and getting rid of the blinds just made it 40% less players to the flop.
