By the way,I'm NL Holdem Tournament player,9max...I checked HEM faq but did not find usefull.

it is for cash, but will give you an idea of what you can do, not too sure how useful it is for tourneys as you will not get a large enough sample for it to be accurate

xylenecyanol, as to the tourney HUD setup, breena's link is good.

As to "Which stats are the most important and which rates do I have to adjust them?" you can check out this poker hud stats guide - it's primarily for cash games but most of the info on the different stats and opponents' ranges is quite relevant to tourneys as well.
