Back then i had my worst beat for over 10k when a tournament i won was "replayed" because of "lag" that occured and made a player timeout :/
Btw i didnt destroy my old screen or something, i was just extremly frustrated with the situation obviously and needed new motivation.

Tilting is becoming less and less of a problem for me, I am beginning to understand more and more that bad beats are just part of the game. Since I started realising that I have been tilting less and less, sure I get upset and angry but the next hand is the next hand is the next hand...............and thats how I het thru it, I just keep playing my game !

BTW what happens to everyone when they tilt, this should be the most obvious and chosen option.................................We Lose Money !!!!!!!!!

Coolers and badbeats in cashgames can't put me on tilt anymore. Sometimes I'm really pissed when I'm out of a tournament because of really bad luck, but that's also becoming less and less.
But only yesterday I had a severe case of winner's tilt. I was playing a great session, received good cards, hit the flop often, I was up a couple of buyins and then it happened. I got overconfident, started reraising when I should have folded and called allins of shortstacks with marginal holdings. In no time my winnings where gone and the session ended just break even. I think this form of tilt is even worse than tilting as a result of bad beats and coolers, because you really won't recognize it that fast. it's certainly something I have to pay a lot of attention to.

If i tilt , i start making fun of undercover. It helps a lot.

Not admire Weekly Vote. Why we cant choose 2 or more options. I voted for a break from the play but also I want to choose read articles and watch live coachings/videos.

Well the thing that helped me is that i disabled chat.

I used to blame others for my bad plays/calls or suckouts, so now i really cant say anything to anyone and its funny sometimes i just feel like writing shit about someone and i cant so i find myself laughing at myself and now i just quit the session when i feel im playing bad or that its not gonna be my day

EASY ANSWER: PLAY MORE TABLES = NO TIME FOR TILTING

I am just a SNG player, but there is one thing I do sometimes if a donkey really sticks it to
me with a bad play. Like just a horrible move that he lands 2 pair or destroys my made hand
by playing in the worst possible way and I am out of the SNG.

I tell myself that that retard can not possibly be a winning player and I want him to keep
playing like that. Then I go look him up on sharkscope or poker pro labs after the set of SNGs
are over (yeah I am paranoid I wait till I close the client.) and sure as all hell, every time
I look them up they are a seriously bad player with insane amounts of money lost over all.

Then I type in my name, and have both stats on the screen at the same time and it makes
me feel good because the reason my stats are good is because of guys like them playing so
dam bad.

This Fool managed to get me today, Beats my Ace King with his AT. Calls my 3x preflop,
and yadda yadda, I hit top pair top kicker, he hits Ace and Ten for 2 pair.

was right after losing 3 other SNGS while going into it ahead... so I took a break, walked
away from poker for an hour or so, and just before I left, I looked this good old player
up on sharkscope......
