After watching a video where lessthanthree and chenny were talking about which has softer SNGs between fulltilt and stars i started to wonder which site has more fish in game formats separately (you can consider all stakes)
Which has softer SNG's?
Which has softer cash games?
Which has softer Mtts?
(ill post my opinion after some answers)
I've played NL2/5/10 on both sites and i have to say that FT seems more fishy than PS. 
I think both sites are about the same.
It all depends on the stakes you are playing. The lower you go the fishier.
However I have had more fishy calls on stars playing sit n goes then tilt.
Been called all in pre flop with 97 suited 10 6 suited etc
easy one i have a good sample on both stars and ftp on the 9 man lets say 6.50$ buyin ftp is softer the stars and not only this buyin ftp is softer then stars my opinion, on ftp you still get people on your table that fold with one bb left.

I was playing a 10 euro HUSNG vs you on IPN lol.
I think stars is gonna be , purely because the traffic is much larger.
in general, the smaller the site, the softer the field. regs hate low traffic coz they can't grind
