I wonder if you can help with your Elephant software. It worked on PokerParty but it does seem to have a problem picking up my stats from TiltPoker. The black writing "The stats will appear as soonp as you played enough hands" appear on top of the tables but their are no hands donwloaded onto the software itself even though I played for at least an hour on 3 tables. I deleted all the filters, etc.
I have the latest version 0.98.

please open up the site settings in the elephant and check if FullTilt is present with your FullTilt Poker Username.
If not, create a new entry for FullTilt Poker and add your name.
Another question: Are the hands from FullTilt Poker imported corretly via the auto import? If not, check the autoimport configuration and look up the correct path to your FTP handhistory.

Thanks for your reply. The username on Tiltpoker was already there.
The auto import folder is configured for PartyPoker only as follows:
Folder Type Poker Room State
C:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\Bobiq Automatically configured PartyPoker Enabled
IF I add another folder I cannot change the type or poker room. There is no menu to add another poker room. Are different poker rooms supposed to have different folders?
Have you got a bit more detailed documentation of this software?
Also, I just discovered that your software added a new user to my computer with the name Elephant? Can you explain that?

Got it all sorted now!
I set the Save Hand History to Disc on TiltPoker as it was not ticked earlier...
Actually I thought it would work but it still doesn't I can only manually import the hands
The auto import folder is configured in the software but it does not pick up the hands

C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\bobiq11 Manually configured Enabled
This whole thing is a bit frustrating if you have to configure the software while playing at the same time... lol

try setting the auto import folder to "C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\"

This is the postgreSQL service account. It is used to run the postgreSQL service on your machine. Everytime you want to log in to your database or change something with pgAdmin you have to use this user.
