Villain-unknown.I call the min 4bet because we are deap and I have position.Should I bet flop after he checks it?What could his range be?

He didn´t really min 4-bet, but made it 1.9x to your 3-bet representing very strong hand and sometimes 4-bet bluff
I wouldn´t really call since your reversed implied odds against all Ax hands are terrible.
I think you can also maybe check it down to see what hands he is 4-bet bluffing. He is not going to c/f that too often and you maybe have to 3-barrel bluff to get him fold his JJ/TT and he can always c/r
