i apologize for not keeping up the promise, i had some issues, i think i still want to do it, though. I am not sure in what timespan since my first and foremost goal now is to play and practice on my own and be w my gf. But I can do abt 3vids/month if i am not pressurized.

thanks for letting me know. I am not a big friend of missed deadlines, but can understand it and appreciate the way you deal with it and your post here ♠_thumbsup:!

The community started to grow pretty nicely and we have exclusive content anyways, so we did not suffer from missing videos from one producer, even if it is you. in the end it´s not such a big deal..

one comment regarding personal life - I noticed you have very intensive life with many activities. Also from some things I have read on your blog, I would recommend you to read this book, could solve many of your issues http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Seven_Habits_of_Highly_Effective_People

if you want to do vid for czech community, that´s good, we will always welcome it.. just skype me anytime, we did not talk for a while anyways. Update & recap after a while

I have not been posting for a while, as I am now remarkably busy in the office and am more active on the Czech forum, but I think that´s a good time to do recap of my goals initially set here as a very finish of this blog

Personal poker goals 2011
at least 50k $ profit this year on nl200 and nl400 rush FR. On track. I´m up 16k in cash game and 10k in MTT + rakeback like 3k. However, I do not have time to play almost at all last weeks. And I prefer work/business more than playing and start preferring freetime more than grinding.

Become nl400 rush FR regular, increase my edge to grind these limits confidently (I think this is a challenge because highest rush limit is played even by many nl1k regulars, I think.. Would be good to have some information about the field). I only played 26k hands on nl400 and was up 5,5k until last week where I played 2 sessions with cumulated loss 4k within 3 hours.. It was unlucky doomswitch session but anyway I´ve certainly lost edge since march because I did not play a lot of poker for last 2 months because of being very busy with launch of the Czech community. I cannot say I would be crushing nl400 rush currently. Also it is flooded by good regulars so I cannot think that I will be crushing this limit without doing much for my game last 2 moths. And diving harder into strategies, math and working on my game is not something I would like to do now.

Keep analyzing hands on Hand Judging forums and contribute to discussions. Share knowledge. I was discussing hands in EN HJ forums and am hand judge on CZ HJ forum. I will still keep doing it intensively. Actually I currently enjoy it more than playing myself

Shoot English and Czech videos for PokerStrategy.com on nl200 and nl400 rush poker FR. Do first video within a week. I did one video, which got a good feedback. I prepared material for next 2 videos but was hit by heavy workload later on so could not finish those. Plan to do 2 more videos soon when I have more time. Let´s see how it goes with my production going forward, it will depend on the volume of my playing.

If successfull myself, keep sending small incentives (aka cornie´s free 50$) to my friends within czech/slovak community if they struggle with starts of their grinding careers. I did this like 3 times and in the Czech community I´m distributing some of my personal moneyyz to winners of some contests. Also put 1% of my WSOP ME as a price to thread of the month ♠_grin:

However, I view my personal goals only as the very no. 2 in my poker goals for 2011. There are much more inspirating plans ahead in 2011 and those are related with starting the Czech / Slovak community on PokerStrategy.com and domination of the Czech and Slovak poker markets.

Community poker goals 2011
Launch the Czech/Slovak community as of 1 April 2010. It was launched as of 3rd May and I consider it big success taking into account that I had less team members than expected from the beginning.

Secure by far the best online educational poker content available for czech/slovak players. As a result czech / slovak players will become winning players and/or increase their win rates significantly. We have very good content and will keep improving

Start cooperation with the best of the best coaches among CZ / SVK players. We have started to work with couple of very good players and more are contacting us now, when the community is live

Dominate the Czech/Slovak markets within first 6 months after the launch of community, i.e. become absolute market leader until the end of the year 2011 in all terms. On track, I´m very excited about it

Make sure the community grows, veteran members are open to newcomers, share their knowledge and the community lives in mutual harmony. Set up good team of colleagues here in Gibraltar to contribute and look after this. On track, I´m very excited about it

Do attractive promotions upon start of the community, give members opportunity to build the community via their ideas ("ideas" forum one of the tools). Done / on track

Popularize poker as a mind game of skill. Done couple of actions, on track

Keep updating this blog in EN and CZ languages and let it grow to the Leader´s voice in Czech/Slovak poker market. This seems quite unrealistic now, but let´s see if I have more time when we hire more team members. However, I consider all the Czech forum as a place where I share my thoughts, so it probably makes more sense to be active in the forum in general and respond to corresponding topics rather than blogging.

Going forward I need to revisit the goals. I will completely put aside my personal poker goals, because I am too busy and am more motivated with business and community than with grinding myself. I proved that it should be easily doable to grind 50k+ in a year if I am commited to it. But I feel than I can contribute more to society and people I know in other areas, so I just found out I want and will play much less than expected in January. Also I will probably switch to tournaments due to the wsop package Hope to study and practice mtts before Vegas in late June and ship itt afterwards

also I will stop updating this blog. Blogging is quite time demanding and if I lack something now, that is time.. I will be more active on the Czech forum, so if you want to contact me, it will be always better to post here zdraví Cornie4ever z Gibraltaru or skype me
