Yeah his cbet flop is a a bit high, but basically what do you hope for with your flop call? After all he does bet into two opponents, what is your plan for turn?

I think his defaulte line with monsters there is b/f, so you can easily raise turn cbet and rep only T, although it becomes a problem if he is stationary, than you must shove many rivers I think?

I personaly would call only pf for set value and fold these kind of semi drawy flops.

I'd just fold the flop.
There are already 2 people in for the next street, so you're pretty much never seeing the SD with your hand.
At the same time you cannot call any more bets, therefore the flopcall would be with the intention of bluffing on a later street - there is not only a fish in the pot, but also the reg showed some strength by cbetting into 2 people and you have little to no equity (only 2 outs) to back up your bluff.
