I had been semi bluffing alot up 2 this point and thought the turn shove looked weak

Flatting is very bad. Shove or fold. Without stats/reads I'd shove as it's a min-raise.

I agree that a flat call pre is bad here.

As played postflop is standard.

The flat call was pot control and to hide the strength of my hand somewhat.
