Back to back is pretty unlucky. A couple of times I've had BB and everyone has folded to me, guess as you play more you see more. Better than KK being beaten by QQ though I guess...

Can't min raise when the hand is over before your action (though that's only in the case of the BB)

opening to 1400 is over 3x..

I'd make it min-raise (800) or at most 1k total..
