I've been watching this villain play and he's been playing bad...I have an all in preflop with 5 4 offsuit noted. I raised and was surprised by the reraise as he's been calling in with everything. I was worried about this reraise but decided to ship it. Good or bad idea?

His PFR is 2%? If that isn't just a typo then it's a big mistake getting it in here in my opinion.

if you have seen him getting all-in with 45 then you can´t really get away your AQ so I like your shove after his 3-bet, since he may easily do that with AJ/AT/KQ

He turned up with AA... I think I should have paid attention to the PFR 2% but it's a small hand number... Tough one!

Even with a hand sample of only 105 hands you can easily tell he's pretty nitty when it comes to raising preflop and only really does it with monsters. Although your example of the 45o all in preflop is very strange ?(
