CREEP Poker $200 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

BTN: $220.81
SB: $229.41
BB: $210.98
UTG: $200.30
MP: $229.17
Hero (CO): $675.87

Pre Flop: ($3.00) Hero is CO with A :diamond: K
UTG raises to $6, 1 fold, Hero calls $6, 3 folds

Flop: ($15.00) Q :diamond: Q :club: K :diamond: (2 players)
UTG bets $10, Hero calls $10

Turn: ($35.00) 8 :diamond: (2 players)
UTG bets $26, Hero calls $26

River: ($87.00) 9 :diamond: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $42, UTG folds

Villain is a TAG-Fishy 100Nl regs (rather easy to exploit, not that aggro PF-.>solidish)
Is there a vbet on R? What if he 3barrels, easy call?

Vbet on R so he wont snap us off w J9s?
If he barrels this R then call, ay?

first hand - ofcourse valuebet u got da nutz there lol.
second hand - your hand is pretty much face-up between sth like 88-QQ so no, I don't think theres vbet.

1st hand, yes, but not because you have the nutz there but rather you should value bet a few of diamonds especially J, T, A because it's likely you could bluff something on the river and he snaps you off with any diamond. Polarizing the value betting range isn'tthe best so far I think.

2nd hand. If he knows that you are a relatively good player, you shouldn't valuebet these crap, because which reg calls two streets with a FD. So you haven't got busted draws in your Range and thus he folds his 9x type hands and calls you just wirh better ones imo.

yeah it's not exactly the nuts but i think it's very rarely for villans to play c/r w FH on river

1)
Agree, I'd also certainly valuebetting the river because I think we're ahead close to 100% of the time.
If he 3barrels I'm probably folding because given your reads (TAG-fish, not too aggro) it's very unlikely he's bluffing, and there are no worse hands he could valuebet.

2)
Are you calling the flop to move him off of something later in the hand or to bluffcatch?
Most of the time I'd just fold here.
On the turn it's definitely a raise-or-fold spot since you're beat 100% of the time.
When do you call the turn it's a massive leak to check the river because you're never going to win.
A bet is absolutely mandatory - if you argue he's not folding better hands on the river, then it's a fold on the turn!
