when he 3bets the turn it becomes clear to me that he hit a good lovely heart.

first of all even though its only 3 hands at the table i think i would 3bet preflop to get the lead. depends on if he folded the other two hands or was in all 3.. most of the time even a few hands in you could get a sens of whos who and who is it we are getting money from. but. your play is capping the flop.. to be honest when he 3bets i would just call as we always wanna be a bit careful which only is emphasized on you telling us its 3 hands in.. what if hes a 8/8 rock ? he'd most likely have AA then. I don't think capping flop does us any good to be honest.

Okay. you semibluff to force them to fold.. I have to correct you in that. YOU WILL NEVER GET 2c/4c PLAYERS TO FOLD !! so to be honest stop semibluffing.. well maybe to rocks/tags you could but your average fish at these stakes wouldn't fold even if they had a gun to their head..
i also think with top pair and the given action on the flop i would just call down here. he could have two pair. he could have the flush , as said earlier when he 3bets. its clear that he has a flush. calling down is in my opinion the only thing we can do here.

As math (im guessing here) will tell us that enough times we would be good here to call down. and the pot is too big to fold to a bet.

So what i think you should do instead is to just call the 3bet on flop and call down from there with top pair.. to an unknown. Hope you can use my ranting to something good luck.

on the flop its correct to cap since some draws are out there and as you did you have to minimize the field and don't let your opponent draw cheaply to their 2pair outs or straightdraw outs like 67 97 96 or something. but the guy who raised preflop donked again on the turn. that will either be the flush or KQ AK most of the times. so your play should be raise/fold but rather just call it down as he'S unknown and could go crazy with any worse hand you don't expect.

you have to think: what could he cap with on the flop. his donk is very strong as you represent a strong hand with your cap on the flop.

I have played poker in FL 0.02/0.04 and FL 0.05/0.10
I realized that I could make profit at FL 0.05/0.10, but at FL0.02/0.04 I cant do it.
I dont know why !!

at FL 0.02/0.04
_ If I have made hand ( KK, AA or 2 pair on the flop ) I always raised and re-raise to make maximum profit .

But with that thought.., I usually lose on long run time

because they always wait to see on the river at FL 0.02/0.04 ( I make some note when I have KK, QQ )

Averrage: 5 hands with KK, I lost 2 times, or sometimes 3 times, if they catch their card on river, I will lost so much ( from 20 - 50 cents )

but when I win, I make a little money .... ( from 10 -> 20 cents )

could you show me and correct my play style !?
