I would fold it preflop unless btn is some major fish. There are very few flops where u hit much with this kind of hand and even if you do its hard to get value oop.
KKJ6 unsuited is extremely hard to play out of position. Whilst I think you have the best hand preflop a lot of the time here you only have a very small edge over a random hand and the problem is you have poor visibility. You will miss bets when ahead and also put bets in when behind because you're not sure where you are when you don't improve your hand (and KKJ6 unsuited doesn't improve too often!).
I think I would fold preflop and also check/fold the flop. Only bad things can happen by playing this hand from the small blind.
