I'm from Norway and it seems the banks won't allow me to deposit to Neteller so I have to use Ukash. Of course, there are no place on the Ukash deposit section on Neteller to enter the voucher code. All this trouble because as I understood it you have to deposit with a method before you can withdraw to it. Well, I deposited with Entropay, only to find out they don't issue prepaid Mastercards to Norwegians.
Neteller does and I ordered a prepaid mastercard from them, however I had already deposited. Can I just withdraw to Neteller even if I have not used it to deposit?
