With this in mind, all you can do is take a passive line with the hand, Check/call and see what happens. You are out of position and will have to fold so many times on the turn that you really don't want to be check raising this flop.
Even when you hit a full house, it will be the worse possible full house, so I actually don't mind just folding this on the flop against a solid player, but against anyone else just play it passively.

I took a passive line (too long) no st8 and fls hits the river and i paid the river and he let me see a set of Queens.
