SB looks kind of decent, but i think he is a bit nitty - 17/13 /0 15% postflop agg and 58% fold to cbet for only 114 hands filtered

On the flop i think cbeting against him is ok. Is it? What about the sizing ?
The turn gives me TP but completes the flush draw and i was kind of scared and also picked up some SD value and decided to check and pot control. Right now it looks too nitty but didn`t wanted to get c/r and have to fold there. I was ready to call some river bet if the river comes a blank. So river isn`t that great card, but i think i can value bet there, bc my line looks weak and he might call me with some pp or even A high sometimes. What do u think?
