Villain is a solid 25/20 TAG.
My question is, how do I calculate how much % I need to shove here?
Villain potraises me, but I will be committed if I call as there'll be 4$ behind on the river. Does that mean I "pretend" that he shoved as if it was NL as calling and playing a river isn't an option?
He has me covered, so I need to put in 21.70 more to win 35$ the pot has now + the 27$ he is putting in once I shove. 21.70/(35+27) = ~35% that number look about right?
In game time I couldn't think of any hands apart from 64** that he plays this way so I folded. After the fact I realised he would probably shove KK w/diamonds on the turn which brings us up to above 40%, making this a clear call.
