I mean if u dont give any $$ for one to play at any poker room online, why one (that dont have 18 years yet) cant be member at pokerstrategy??

You can read our terms & conditions at the bottom of the page that says :

PokerStrategy.com has the right to block the account of the User until the User has provided satisfactory proof of age.

advice him to
1. wait until he was 18yrs old, because he wouldn't be able to play on any sites anyway, and
2. make sure to carefully track his accounts to PokerStrategy.com so the thing that happened to you won't be repeated with him.
