Doubt that he is going to have that many sets in his range there. QQ isn't that likely since he would most likely squeeze with it. So only 44. For that given reason I'd just Bet myself on the turn than Check it behind. Or another option would be to just get it in right on flop if you expect the opponent to Check/Raise with draws and maybe even Qx hands.

That's an incredibly tight range he's going to continue with on the flop, though. If he's aggressive, he's going to check/raise you with a much wider range, I think.

If you think, his only draw here would be nut flush draws, high flush draws, flush draw+tpgk, flush draw+gutshot:

thats grate nobode - did you consider his pre flop calling range? playing dominated aces out of position 3 way ? , he doesn't look like a really bad player - more likely some standard reg..
but yh I agree we should put in suited broad way hands, but still he probably would squeeze whit most of his Broadway hands.. ( i don't remember his 3b, and squeeze stats- but they were some what standard)

Well, I guess it's quite dependent on the villain. A lot of people call with suited aces in the small blind especially against a raise and a cold call because of the odds and for the flush possibility not for top pair. If you think he's the kind of player who's going to squeeze with these hands more than call behind, though, you're probably correct with the hand range there. If the villain were me, I probably would play that same way.
