Hi guys,

The $1 million GTD Sunday Storm is nearly upon us and I have decided to start a dedicated thread for those who are playing this tournament.

Let's keep our tournament updates in here and see who can ship this glorious once off event!

For those who are unaware, the tournament will take place on Sunday 11th December at 18.30 GMT, with entrants restricted to 150,000 players. The buy in is $11 dollars including rake.

If you haven't got a PokerStars account yet, click here for all the details

Best of luck to those who particiapte!

Let's bring this one home for PokerStrategy!

Regards,
Gary

Hi Alificor1,

Unfortunately for your safety and the safety of our community members as a whole, I cannot allow side-betting here on our forums.

I admire your concept of adding a little spice to the event but there are potentially too many risks involved and we don't want this to happen to anyone.

I trust you understand,

Best regards,
Gary

Are you serious? You're not allowing us to discuss side bets on a poker forum, really?

Yes, we strictly don't allow it in the forum!

You can however organise it through our community tool :)

Best regards,
Gary

Its not the fact that you can't discuss bets we like to hear stories of bets and stuff but its just we dont think its a great idea to offer them out publicly on an open forum as it can cause all kinds of problems just think its better all round if you bet with people you know fairly well through pms, or over skype that all :)

Yea, but how am i supposed to find someone who's both playing and interested in making a last longer bet but by posting here? Should i just friend every PS member and send a pm to each and everyone of them?

This is by far the easiest option. We can for sure discuss the details thru pm's and stuff like that, but please let us do this here.
