Gutshot ip against maniac-ish player

I made this note:
Flop raise for button and see where Im at
Turn call is good, he won't fold to a raise
River checkbehind is good, he wont fold a pair and I can't
even beat A high.

Stats:
SB 60/43/39/45 (vpip pfr 3-bet wtsd) 157 hands
HJ 56/26/3/28 33 hands

Turn: (9 BB) 2 (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, MP folds

River: (11 BB) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

How is my line here?

I would just call the flop. MP is a fish and will definitely call two bets cold with any gutshot or even backdoor draw. Also, SB's donk looks quite strong to me, pair+, often even two pairs or JT which he can easily have here.

The rest is standard, turn raise or river bet would be very bad

the SB is a player agressive?

if the sb its a maniac he never go make limp/3bet but raise pré flop.

i know we have a 39% of 3bet but i think this number in that situation its very large i think in 20%

i dont raise this hand pré flop we are gamble with all and the probability of win the hand on flop its low, i go have to call a donk of the SB or make a CB and call a raise because we go raise any 2 with all of him range if is a maniac.

i dont like the raise on the flop, we dont have a make hand and we go expulse the MP of the hand.

win the turn if you see with all the range off the maniac we have a 70%- 30 % loosing i fold that turn.

we only win if beat a K or a T and we dont know if we have all outs clear.

its my opinion lets see the opinion of person who evaluater hands

Don't understand everything you said makinazero. Can you please explain these sentences:

i think the time is make limp/3bet is more carefull than the time is make 3bet

and for that i think the range of sim is 20% and not 39%.

in the turn... if you take all his range we are looseng and he never fold.
if you put him range in the equilab you will see
