Video not working

It works for me. Have you tried clearing cache, refreshing, changing browser etc.?

can you right-click in the video and then unclick Hardware acceleration?
If you don't reach this point it would be beneficial if you could tell us the error message that you receive.

check your graphix card it may be too weak for the video to run.

Error:
"A system error occurred - we are sorry. Please try again later.
Error code: Netstream.Play.StreamNotFound "

PS: all other videos work fine for me expect this one

I'm having a similar problem with the same error message. I am getting it for all basic videos from 2009, maybe more, those are just the ones I have noticed, but I'm able to load bronze videos and newer stuff fine.

I get the same error with this one too:

This one I was always able to see. What happened? Is it my pc, or something @pokerstrategy?

PS: i tried unchecking hardware acceleration. It did nothing.

We have found something which we believe is causing this, and will let you know when it's resolved. We let IT know yesterday and are waiting on a response
