PTR is very unreliable when it comes to tracking Party Poker as it doesn't even track 1/5 of my hands
Can anyone suggest the best poker hand software i can use to monitor my progress?
Preferably on free trial since i'm micro grinding and don't want to invest in something that would cost more than my entire bankroll right now

Yep PokerStrategy.com's elephant program will keep track of your results and give you a HUD (a real time view yours and others at the tables stats as you play that updates after every hand)
Elephant is perfect for players new to tracking software and is great for the micro limits.
As you start to move up though you might want to look into buying Poker Tracker or Holdem Manager which are the leading brands in tracking software and both have free trials so you can try before you commit to a purchase.
