Stealing blinds, c-bet

Here I tried to steal the blinds with A6o (maybe this is already bad?) then I tried to c-bet the flop, as hero fold to c-bet was 80% (5).

Then I folded when he bet the turn.

Hey,

Stealing with A6o is fine if blinds are tight/being able to fold. A 58/19 player would be calling you a lot and it is hard to play postflop with this hand. I would simply fold preflop. If I have a loose player on blinds, I open tighter range with nice postflop playability.

Post flop is well played imo.

If you cbet, I would cbet just 1/2 PSB instead of 2/3 PSB.

If you have more hands on villain, and you know that folds a lot to cbets then you can open a lot and take it down with a cbet. There are enough fish that like to see the flop and then play fit/fold.

THis is a good framework to start out with stealing. A6o particularly is not a good hand, you rather want to have KJ even tho equitywise it is doing worse than A6. The fact that you dominate a lot with KJ versus a loose players range is making it up. With A6, you rarely dominate + you sometimes split if the othe board cards of Axx are higher than 6

Like ATT82 = a split with A6 vs A4
