What should be a solid winrate for a FR player on NL$25?
10 BB/100 hands? 15? More?

You have to consider, that NL25 is full of short stacks.
Don't stress yourself only because your winrate is below a certain amount.
Everything above Zero is good.
But i personally think you can easily make about 3PTBB/100Hands longterm. (that would be 6 Bigblind/100Hands)
But maybe there are some other opinions 
More is easily possible. I beat that dwarf limit with 9PTBB. Well, it was only 12k hands, but still ♦
I agree with Chiller3k. As long as you're in profit, it's fine. Anyway, +4 PTBB/100 is decent.

And with what rate did you beat the NL10 midget limit ?
