Anyway they answered to me that they have forwarded my question to some department which is responsible to that kind of issues, and for the rakeback they told me to ask you? So why didnt i received any rakeback,a nd the question in post above still stands^^

However, before I do that:
1, Rakeback is paid only if you deposited. Have you deposited into your Full Tilt poker account?
2, Have you asked Full Tilt customer support about this issue?

I have deposited when i got 150FTP's, now i have 1000 FTP's, so guess i had to receive at least 1$ of rakeback, the thing that is iritating here is that you say contact them, they say to contact you, so who is joking with me? I dont wont to sound rude or anything, but just imagine how this lloks from my corner, and hope you understand what im trying to say.

And for the issue about not be able to withdraw i sent a question this morning as soon as they have unlocked my account, and i will copy/paste it to tou as soon as i got an answer.
I am also cant withdraw. I have deposited 10 dollars, and have collected 128 at all, and i want to clear just 78 of them to keep that 50 in play, but i cant for the same reason. But I am not reached 100 FPS, and I'm trying to reach it right now. I will write there soon about that 
Regarding proof of address, just order something from amazon and take a picture of that bill once it arrives, that's how I've been doing it

You should be aware that Full Tilt have the second-worst customer disservice department in the universe (only paypal's is worse). I've been dealing with them for a long time and it's not unusual for them to take 14 days to reply to an email. A significant problem can take as long as three months to straighten out. If I were a poker pro endorsing the Full Tilt logo I would be ashamed to be associated with that company.
I recommend that PokerStrategy suspend its relationship with Full Tilt until their customer disservice record improves. Only if they start losing money will they be motivated to clean up their act.

You can also scan an amazon receipt if you have a scanner.
You havent read the whole thread, ive verifed my account after some time ~20days, but still cant withdraw money even i made a deposit and have almost 1100FTP's.
It stands that they are careless with their customers, but now i even have another type of problem, and it just taking too long, first i wanted to withdraw just a part of my BR, but after all of this im about to withdraw everything, as i dont want to have similiar problems in future, guess that some other room will treat me 10 times better then they are, cause after all im earning their salaries through rake, and this situation is just direspecatable.

so if i understand correctly to withdraw money from an account started with the 50dollar bonus you have to
1. make a deposit?
2. reach 1000 FTP not including bonus/happy hour times?
3. How do we find out our "true" FTP happy over excluded? When is happy hour so i can avoide it?
4. e.g. i have deposited 10dollar i have "raw" 1230 FTP and 500dollars would i then be able to withdraw all 500?
i think every1 would really appriecate a defined explination of extacly what we have to do to make a withdraw.
5. I have turned my 50$ into 300$ and have 264FTP but haven´t deposited any of my own money, when i get to 1000FTP will i be able to withdraw my ballance? I don´t want to waste my time and effort with an account that i will never be able to withdraw from.

if i´m playing sit and gos of 10-30$ i´d be paying that 50$ back in rake in no time, with the money i have won from other players so full tilt gets there money back plus any aditional rake.
Playing 50$ worth of rake would be a better way of clearing the bonus 50$ don´t you think?
On most sites you have to both clear a certain amount of rake AND make a deposit. I know for a fact that, on Full Tilt, you can't cash out using a particular method unless you've made a deposit using that method. That's a site rule that has nothing to do with PS.
Cashing out from Full Tilt is a six-month ordeal thanks to the horrifically bad quality of their customer disservice and their insistence on an ID check when you first try to cash out. Also, if you deposit by credit card, they will not permit you to cash out for three months in order to ensure the "safety and security" of your credit card account, even if it's a debit card or prepaid card. And then you can't cash out to your credit card, only by check or bank wire--and the minimum cashout by check is $100.
As you can probably tell, I am very negative about Full Tilt and recommend that everyone stay away from that site.
Ok, IngridN if you have any conection with this thank you very much for your assistance, youve been helpful guess as much as you could, finally i withdrawed my money, im really sad i coudnt do that when i was on 145$, when i started tilting to collect 1000 FTP's, but whats done its done, lets wait for approval of this, and guess ill choose a room from a list with some nice first deposit bonus.

-1000 Full Tilt Points required to cash out the Free $50 + winnings(No timelimit)
- Just 100 Full Tilt Points required to withdraw (Free $50 + winnings) if you make a deposit
- This rule only applies if the deposit was made after receiving Free $50
- Happy Hour Points also count towards the points requirements to withdraw
- Full Tilt Points gathered prior to the deposit also count towards the 100 target
- Points count from the moment you get them, so used FTPs (freerolls etc.) also count towards this requirement
