Sorry to read you are having a frustrating time. Before I forward this to our support team may i ask if you got a response from the support team about your free poker money? Depending on the room you signed up with some times the free poker money can take a few days to arrive. Which poker room did you sign up with?

I had a account from Conrad poker. Itsnow almost 2 weeks and didn't get the free money. They say every thing is good befor 48hours you get youre free money almost 2 weeks now still nothing

Conrad Poker is not part of our partner list here at Pokerstrategy.com. To my knowledge this is a poker tour.

Sorry to hear that. If you want your account deleted, then I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

However before you do that, why not take a moment or two to look the site over. You may find that it's worth staying.

If you have any questions about us, please don't hesitate to ask.
