You need to scroll down and you find the option ‘Open a new ticket’ if you click on the + you can see this:

That's because you have no tickets, not open, not closed. Try using "Write a ticket" on the top left there.

I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service, because I can’t see what went wrong in this case and then you get faster a good answer as well.

I would like to know why silver is not working as I have done bronze.

You need to earn 100 StrategyPoints (SP) to get the Silver Status. You can reach it with doing hand discussions every day and earn at least 1 SP per day with playing poker for 10 bonus SP. For more information, you can read our Our status and points system page.

I have the same problem mate ..almost 5 days now and still no money (so called ladbrokes bonus)

I can’t find a free money offer of Ladbrokes on the moment, but if you have used our instructions you should be bronze for sure. I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service a well.
