I finished the quizz and it was not necessary for my ID card. Is this possible ? I'm waiting for 50$ for 2 days , my bankroll must arrive isn't correct ? ♦

Hi Irinutza,

Did you check your emails properly? Maybe you should also check your spam inbox.
If you already sent it it can take up to 96 hours until you'll get your 50$.
Did you enter all required information in your profile
Did you enter all required information in your poker account.
Are you living in the USA (we can't send the money to players that are currently living in the USA)

Maybe you should also check your tickets (right hand side)
Maybe the support tried to contact you

It does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? If not please re-send it - or contact or support staff via the ticket system ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ ).
