I won 314 USD off of a really small deposit. Kinda exciting eh? It was until pokerstars highlighted the pending withdrawal in red with a message saying the following: "These transactions require your attention. Please contact security@starsaccount.com."
It's been 8 days now since i saw that message and I have emailed that address every day with no response. I have emailed every address of theirs that I can find pleading with them for even just one comment about what's going on with my withdrawal. Haven't heard a single thing from them in 8 days. Anyone have any ideas how I can contact them about my withdrawal or what I can do? They seem content to leave me in the dark...
