I’m looking to start coaching, specifically focusing on session reviews for players who don't use HUDs or GTO solvers (exploitative approach).
Could anyone clarify if I'm allowed to post a coaching offer? If so, which sub-thread or section would be the most appropriate for this?
I want to make sure I follow the community rules.

A lot depends on whether or not you plan on charging for this service.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as whether or not you'll be charging, how much and so on.
If you're not planning on charging, just participate in the hand discussion forums. If you want to gain credibility as a coach in any case, it would be wise to participate.
