Yeah that is a big one for sure. If you multiply the Fold-to-Steal % together and it is >0.5 you can open-raise ATC
Another pair of stats is Aggression factor plus aggression frequency.
If it is really high they can be check/raised post-flop a lot.
If they are really low, then you can bet your value hands a bit more.
If they are really low, and they suddenly get aggro, you can get the hell out of Dodge
