I also read the page you gave me.

The problem is, I can't see no where tell me if this limit is sort of Daily limit or All-time limit.
If it's Daily limit, it's still fine for me.
But if its all-time limit, I reached already, and skrill account is useless for me now.

I will keep you guys post for any update if any.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be an all time limit. It would be more likely to be anything between Daily and three monthly.

My skrill account is linked to my bank account and when I first started my limits were 90 days. As a consequence I have never had an upload limit, only a transaction limit which is now No Limit, even though I have transacted less than 1k through my account.

As credit cards generally operate monthly, it's possible it could be monthly.

This is day3 already and nothing changed.

Total USD 1016.85 (EUR 750.00) : USD 63.47 remaining

which I used USD 950 something already from day1

So, it's confirmed to me now it's not daily limit.

Let's see if the support would reply my email.

It's not daily limit, only daily limit on Skrill is for withdrawing funds using Skrill Mastercard, and for non-Vip users it's 250E on ATM and 1000E on POS terminal.
Your limit is for upload and time period for it is three months as Lazz said. So you will get 950$ more three months from your 950$ upload. You can easily incrase it with verifying your address, and if you already verified everything you can ask them to incrase it more.
