"Available to work internationally" sounds better in English than "work foreign".

Maybe I'm just being too picky, but I don't really like the way you worded it...
I'd write something like:

- Good learner, able to quickly adapt to new software.
- Can work well under pressure.
- Can work well in teams.

Of course you may be able to improve on that even further... I think that you can get my point.
