The biggest ever recorded was 6.9 and destroyed half of the houses. My stone ruin did survive it completely except for the roof. But yea the new house is built as earthquake proof as possible in Montenegro, but if there would be another 7+ then it will proabbly go down with all the other houses yep. Lets hope we wont have such big ones

I've never experienced one that strong.
One cracked the foundation of our house in 1964, but it wasn't severe enough to even repair
We had a 5.4 here some weeks ago in the night and I thought someone is shaking my bed, was rolling from one side of the bed to the other twice and then realised noone is in the room and its an earthquake. Interesting experience for sure, it was the third Ive experienced so far in my life.
Hey guys! I finally finished the website and got an opening date for October 22nd! The website got all the details and lots of new photos as well if you are interested in the progress 
Sadly in the summer work is slowing down here due to the heat, but the house is nearly finished now and I am confident to open in October.

Hey guys! Apologies for the delay in this video, its been pretty busy. But I managed to get it out tonight finally, 17 minutes of me trying to learn how to garden! Its super fun to get into this stuff and I will continue learning about it, obviously I dont know much just yet! But for now, Ive got the composts done and planted my first strawberries - so not too bad! Next year I will definitely hire someone to take care of all the greens and harvest fruits as I wont have the time to do it myself, but for now its amazing to slowly build up my garden.

Yea none of those are mine. I am still waiting for their postcard and will only make it public a few weeks before opening, dont really want people flocking in while I am not there etc and before the opening.

Today I want to share some progress on the actual stone house and the tower ruin. I am working on these 10 hours daily while the construction teams work on the house. I am absolutely falling in love more and more each day of clearing up the vegetation, its such a beautiful building! Hope you like the video as well, the next one will probably be the final construction video on the house then.

Every year, it is the job of an entire day to remove the ivy from my chimney — I can only imagine what a job it was to remove all that ivy from the tower!
Hehe the good thing is that you can relatively easily rip it off and its pretty quick. But yea with the amount of ivy that I have on the property it will take weeks to take it all out, but I also want to keep a lot since I like that its green even in the winter when the other leaves are gone.
