I had veal cordon bleu last night.
It was OK, but less than impressive.
The restaurant also had "veal with mushroom sauce" so I'll try that next time...

So did I, while wearing big shoulder pads, a helmet, gloves, long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. Which also happened to be mostly black, for some extra heat absorption. That's how I noticed that I don't care for humid heat.

Anyway, here's a good recipe for the kind of mushroom gravy I like to put on my schnitzel. I already commented on that mushroom-cream stuff that some recipe sides, including many German ones, recommend. It just ain't gonna cut it.
