No meat Tuesday! Yaaaay!
Was a bit of a "lazy cow day" in the kitchen for me: just had to unfreeze some Lithuanian red beet soup, which I had made during late summer. Made with own grown cucumbers 
Dinner was also "lazy cow": Only some vegan "Maultaschen" ("giant ravioli").
We had pre-made lasagne last night. Quick, tasty and just the thing when there's no time to prepare stuff.
Tonight it's "mince and tatties" which has been a favourite around here for 40 years or so

In other news, I have heard rumors that schnitzel in bell pepper sauce may be Prim-approved, but I won't believe it until it has been confirmed here.
