Thought so my self after I tried it. Gonna do that on the next attempt.

Don't think I'm gonna win this promotion now. Running super shit. Getting called by everyone with fold to cbet 70%+ on super dry boards all the time. Also some coolers. Don't want to write a lot, feeling depressed again.

Ohh here you are our Fantastic Five winner. Well Rihard you cannot win every promotion :f_cool:.

Well you are still break even after 14k hands. Those break even streaks just happen all the time so i think you don't have to worry much. I know my words are kind of banal but still.

So yeah i hope it will be like in Fantastic Five....most of the time nothing and then Negreanu wins a High Roller :f_cool:. This time i hope Negreanu will be you.

Good luck and keep up with great work you do.

Thanks guys for the kind words. I think I have sorted my head out again. Was talking to Manu today, he shared his HUD with me, so kinda tried that out. I am planning to have coaching with him in the near future. Anyway, this is all planning though yet to come, lets focus on today.

So after changing my HUD, and even I changed table themes so it feels kinda "new" me for and that boosted my motivation.

Graph from today

November graph

I still have strong belief that I will finish month very good. :) Because I don't give up ever, and I won't now either. I think I have good will power, but I have hard time fighting my emotional side.

Hands from today

If there was no river, there were no fish... wait wat.

UTG: $11.10 (111 bb)
MP: $10.87 (108.7 bb)
CO: $4.58 (45.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K♦ Q♦
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.90, BB calls $0.80, MP calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.70) 3♦ J♠ A♦ (3 players)
Hero bets $2, BB calls $2, MP raises to $9.97, Hero raises to $11.86 and is all-in, BB calls $2.71

Turn: ($27.35) Q♣ (3 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($27.35) J♣ (3 players, 1 is all-in)

Spoiler

Results: $27.35 pot ($1.23 rake)
Final Board: 3♦ J♠ A♦ Q♣ J♣
Hero showed K♦ Q♦ and won $0.00 (-$10.87 net)
BB mucked A♣ Q♥ and lost (-$5.61 net)
MP showed T♦ J♦ and won $26.12 ($15.25 net)

Not sure here about turn play.

Hero (BTN): $10 (100 bb)
SB: $14.41 (144.1 bb)
BB: $10.15 (101.5 bb)
UTG: $10 (100 bb)
MP: $6.15 (61.5 bb)
CO: $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A♥ K♣
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB raises to $1, BB folds, Hero calls $0.70

I could 4bet, but then again his 3bet range is so narrow that most of the time I will get played back and there lose value of my hand. If he shoves on me I am folding defo because he is really tight, flatting I keep his JJ-KK, AQ and other bluffs OOP which makes them hard to play on some flops.

Flop: ($2.10) J♠ Q♥ T♦ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.10, SB calls $1.10

I think I could bet slightly bigger, but I wanted him to keep in with his AQ, AJ type of hands, I guess he cbet his sets here a lot, maybe sometimes x/c but that is too superstitious from him if he thinks I only flat 3bets only with AK.

Turn: ($4.30) Q♠ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.50, SB calls $2.50

I think this card should be good for me, if he has Qx, apart from QT and QJ, which are a little unlikely, he bet those on the flop.

River: ($9.30) 8♠ (2 players)
SB bets $4.40, Hero raises to $5.40 and is all-in, SB calls $1

Once he donks, I kinda feel that I am beat, but I couldn't fold this and decided to get it in. If he is bad he could donk AQ here, but unlikely. River is probably a spew. :(

Spoiler

Results: $20.10 pot ($0.90 rake)
Final Board: J♠ Q♥ T♦ Q♠ 8♠
Hero showed A♥ K♣ and lost (-$10 net)
SB showed Q♣ T♠ and won $19.20 ($9.20 net)

Lost some value here

When I saw his hand I realised how much value I lost that I should've gained by betting larger. I don't know why did I bet so small.

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A♠ A♦
2 folds, CO raises to $0.20, Hero raises to $0.90, 2 folds, CO calls $0.70

Flop: ($1.95) J♦ 6♠ 4♣ (2 players)
CO bets $0.20, Hero raises to $1, CO calls $0.80

Turn: ($3.95) 3♠ (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $2.55, CO calls $2.55

River: ($9.05) 9♠ (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $4.75, CO calls $4.75

Spoiler

Results: $18.55 pot ($0.83 rake)
Final Board: J♦ 6♠ 4♣ 3♠ 9♠
Hero showed A♠ A♦ and won $17.72 ($8.52 net)
CO mucked J♣ K♣ and lost (-$9.20 net)

That's it for now. I won't give up on winning this promotion no matter what.

Off-topic

I recently started playing Assassin's Creed. Enjoying the a lot actually, quite addictive story line. :f_biggrin: I just finished The Brotherhood edition, and starting now Revelations. After I complete this one I will consider getting the third one and eventually the Black Flag. :f_cool:

Regards,

Rihard

On the topic of Assassin's Creed, they're all awesome! I've played through all games more than once, and they're fun every time. Started with Black Flag a bit ago and it's the nuts :f_cool:

Also with the AK hand, maybe his overall 3bet is 5.6%, but his 3bet from the SB could be much wider than that. Even players with relatively low 3bet% tend to have a much higher 3bet% from the SB. So that's worth checking out. That's the reason I would much prefer just playing 4bet/broke there, instead of calling. Also yeah, I'd bet much bigger on the flop.

And I agree the river should probably be a fold, but I'm not sure I'd fold it in-game either...

Keep it up! :f_thumbsup:

His 3bet in SB is even lower than the overall and same as BB 3bet. :f_biggrin:

I don't think 4bet/broke is the option, his getting it in range would be only QQ+, which isn't really awesome for us. :f_o:

And yeah Assassin's Creed is really like hitting Royal Flush every hand. :f_biggrin:

Ah okay. In that case I agree with flatting :)

Never thought of it that way, but it's certainly true :f_biggrin:

Every now and then. I usually play the Turbo ones. With Buy-Ins 0.55-2.20. Sometimes Zoom MTT 4.40. But this is the best cash so far. I haven't been very successful in MTT's because I usually bust out when I get it with the best hand and just lose the flip or cooler. My strong hands get cracked so easy it's just ridiculous, I can't imagine my self playing full time MTT's, the variance must be very depressing.

Haven't played at all yesterday so no updates, and I don't know whether I'll play today because HM2 keeps crashing on me on every launch. Trying to fix this shit. :(

I'm afraid that's gibberish to me! Have you tried posting on our HEM board for a fix?

I've tried to search the same problems on HM2 forums, whatever solutions I tried, have failed.

While without HM2, I am playing MTT's.

This is just so stupid how I keep running in these.
