first day night evening done and in the books texas zoom long session 2hr too long mental fatigue bit tilt got to me spewed off tilted bad at end in spots its not even close just a whatevs lets see (screw that game too stressful more prone to tilt spew in it, and honestly i dont like the dynamics of the format only thing i do like about it is the speed of play and the ability to really focus on players hands etc but its a rake trap game anyway, so never playing that again rarely ever played it anyway so dont know why was in mood to dabble guess impatience to get into spots).
bit of regular texas bit later which i played poorly nowhere near A game (almost never is now ha) spaced out didnt pay any attention to people while not in hands with them watched youtube and tried force the action bit cause boredom impatience and kinda just did whatever i thought was profitable vs whoever whether breakeven or only slightly and volatile at that basically i was forcing action when theres really no need too and pushing a wide array of what i deem value hands edges vs whoever in spots pre and postflop unnecessarily hard when a cleaner more obvious edge or edges you can really just sit back and wait for and hammer.
then bit omaha regular tables to finish night off played well 4tables think 4 too much think 3s better prob in terms of quality, same for texas honestly but dont think can bring myself to do it as ill get impatient bored etc so trade off.
tilted spewed some stacks tonight lots of micro spew too all games (annoyingly i dont even register keep track of it or in check, some much unnecessary consistent spew where i know its a fold or check or different size) and when i tilt monkey tilt or spew hard its retarded, the micro lets just see cause i have pot odds and its breakeven marginally winning losing play pales in comparison to the monkey tilt donk spew, the one that irritates me is the calls i do where i know im beat but justify it with pot odds and wanna see what junk hes bluffing or value betting i even say aloud alot yh ill pay you here its just a bit, but in a game where edges are small as is unless like best player in your pool tables and a game where you have to beat both the other players and the house rake and your own emotions tilt these spews are just really silly as could turn a winning session or player into a loser, think always got keep in mind its not just the players your dancing with tryna beat but rake too so got to factor that in try avoid unnecessary coinflip spots).
funnily folded or timed out on jj aa ajs aqo by accident and similar scenario with omaha, lot of misclicks or poor folds decisions cause focus was on another table decision in both games.
played alot more tonight more than usual (mean volume i got today probably 2/3 what get in normal week ha played 6hr! and probably normally play 9 week, so guess the hunger to give this challenge a proper go is there even if love for texas is gone bit meh love for omaha still there always will be think its just fun game keeps you engaged bit more and passion for texas comes and goes in waves just got to be patient avoid tilt spew and tryna drive the action and at some point i need to start really tryna focus more on tables players even when not in hands again as thats how i learnt to play and spot patterns attack areas in players game in first place, now being honest lot of what i do while playing texas thought doesnt go into it anymore definitively not to the detail used to think about it, i just sort of do stuff now make some stupid adjustments based on not alot and attack attack in certain spots boards runouts or positions seats where i think its right whether its the most profitable play vs their strategy or patterns or not, and im stupidly unbalanced too, countering me should be easy if clock my patterns and know the board cards to do so with and how without leaving yourself open to a counter.
yh not sure i enjoy holdem no more which makes playing it well a bit challenging when feels like your now just winging it, so potentially might play learn more omaha as have more fun there swings are crazy though, i always had a swingy texas game as is so omahas a madness on that front.
anyway its silly late and need sleep gotta be up at 8
