Hello and welcome to a new year where we will all (hopefully) increase our bankrolls by a few millions%. 2010 has just begun basically - we took into consideration the days/weeks needed to recover from the excessive drinking/eating - and we are curious about one thing now: what are you going to do with poker in 2010?
Did you make a so-called "new year's resolution" yet? If so, what major goal did you set for yourself? Let us know by taking part in this year's first community vote!
If all goes well, to move up to low limits playing SSS, refine my BSS to playing NL10 profitably and grow my bankroll 600% by Sept 1st.
Other goals to achieve this year are to attain gold status here and bronze status in FTP's ironman challenge.
I'm one of two people who plan to play less, although I'd like to be more focused and in the zone when I play. I'm not in a position to get any part time or full time income at this point, so I'm really looking to treat my poker game as a serious leisure activity, limit my play time, and work on great stats... even if the road takes longer.
After played little in December, I'm off to a bad run to start off the year. One thing I do too much of is berate my opponent in the chat when I'm getting the worst of it. My first goal is to stop doing that. Second goal after getting the psychology aspect improved is to take things to the next level and start playing the $50 sngs.

Goals for 2010;
i) Be a NL100SH reg
ii) Take a shot at being a full time Poker Player if I can hold my on on NL200sh
iii) Figure out how to withdraw and deposit on poker rooms

on a more serious note, by the end of 2010 i want to at least have beaten nl200 fr, sh and hu. hopefully more if i get motivated enough

Be less results orientated which will reduce tiltiness.
Give short stacks more credit for occasionally having me beat, even when I entered the pot first!
Learn to play another format profitably, other than single table sngs.
