c/r flop :). You're ahead quite often here, calling down is bad IMO because he can just take free cards or suck out on you if cards like Q or K come. As played, he seems more of a straightforward TAG (pretty low AF for a TAG) and I don't think that he 3-barrell bluffs here. KJ, QJ, KQ all get in on the river and I think you're pretty crushed vs his 3barrelling range here, the pot isn't very big either so it's an easy fold on the river.

For me its more like a way ahead / way behind situation. There is only a gutshot. I like the calldown, but i am a no-limit fish. 
If you c/r the flop, which worse hands is he going to call you with? Very few, maybe 99, 88, T9, T8. Just c/c on the flop and turn is fine.
The river is foldable, as it's unlikely he will bet 99, 88 or maybe even weaker Tx again. I guess fold on the river is fine, this card hits your range pretty well and he can't profitably bluff anymore.

you can play checkraise flop bet/fold turn or just check/call. i would play check/call because you would also check/call your gutshots here and when you even checkraise a T in that spot, your check/call gets pretty weak and is always supposed to be a weak hand. but an ace i would always checkraise, due to the already mentioned gutshot-hands.
