Was your NetBet account created through us as it needs to be a tracked account. If so, it may be best to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

NetBet is just the new name for Poker770. If you never made a deposit under Poker770, then yes you would be eligible for the FDB.

When I receive my Silver status in pokerStrategy from my first deposit on Netbet Poker? Yesterday i have made a deposit. And I didn't see my status point in Pokerstrategy and did'nt receive any tickets.. maybe need to wait more than 24h? sorry for my Bad English.
But in NetBet poker have 75 net status points. In Pokerstrategy bronze status and 0 points. When refresh it ?

This indeed may be the problem. It may take up to 72 hours for your status to update as we have to wait for confirmation from Netbet. If nothing happens in that time, then let us know and we'll look into it for you.
