yup, fold preflop. You have a pretty marginal hand in the worst possible position. As played, cbet flop is fine


A9 is nice hand, so I would also isolate the limper in 6-max game.
Contibet is fine, you´ll never know his exact hand range and betting out is the simpliest way to find out if you´re ahead or not. (remember that he also misses 3/5 times if he doesn´t hold pp)
