Hero (BTN): $10 (100 bb)
SB: $12.83 (128.3 bb)
BB: $3.94 (39.4 bb) No sample.
UTG: $16.58 (165.8 bb)
MP: $10 (100 bb)
CO: $10.12 (101.2 bb) No sample.

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K♥ K♣
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, SB folds, BB calls $0.80, CO calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.75) 3♣ 7♥ 8♠ (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $1.80

Even it is multiway and vs possible at least one fish, how about still X'ing back SUCH a DRY board ? And give them SOMETHING ... Or you think overcards are floating in 3betpot quite enough to just bet for value ? Cause I don't think we can get value from QQ-99 for 3 ! streets, and maybe a delayed cbet vs them for 2 streets might be the OPTIMAL option in these kind of spots, while giving overcards at least a GS to go with ?

Hey wicKeD,

Our cbet looks pretty strong here 3-way and maybe we are getting a ton of folds which is why you may be thinking check back is good.

However this simply illustrates a principle regarding bet-sizing for multi-way situations. My preferred sizing would be something like $1.10 here allowing as to get called by the widest possible range.

Checking wouldn't be ridiculous, yet despite our hand not being super vulnerable it's generally not favourable to let 2 guys see a free turn card.
