Ha yeah I wanna drink some like right now... but I know I'd have to either finish it and put water in instead or not have a weight for lifting :(

      Anyways today
      Main site: 3:32H /1364 hands
      Side site: 1:46h / 610 Hands

Below target but that's fine - goinf out with poker pros and all the guys play higher than me so as long as I talk poker for at least 30 minutes while getting drunk it counts as coaching :D

1Trip to town - saw mass irish tap dancing at the main train station. Now going out with poker players (guys from US/UK/FInland that stay in prague to grind) to drink for st paddys day :)

A lil' update guys pics from Tuesday:

-1 New number. Ukranian born economics student who swaps czech/english like me (I use both, speak to myself in English mostly. Curse in it too)

Wednesday: Woke up 4pm, hangover - I'm really getting old ;p
      Main site: 1.25hrs: 549 hands
      side site: 0.43hrs, 277 hands
      Thursday
      3:5hrs, 1518 hands
      - 40 minute run in the morning. After run I ran hot, my energy dropped and I started multitabling unfocused - 1st time in the week. And was punished duly by variance. I never mind losing when I play under good conditions (4 tables, notes on all stuff happening, think through decisions) but when I stop caring and lose it gets to me.

      - date in a theatre. The play was hilarious, the girl not so much. still fun tho :]

      today's goals:
      - 5 hrs
-meeting with high school class mates

Weekend's just poker, so whatever I have to do to get to my hourly target, I will -need one run and my excercise/dating/going to town goals are done.

EDIT: also 1 hour spent with new equilab

Better go to sleep early and have a full day tomorrow. 5 hours-ish to go that'll be a piece of cake :)

Looked at one hand using new equilab heatmap thingy.

      Hero wins 165.12 BB

      his range:

      my range:

Guys in my skype group were not sure about the cbet.

But looking at the heat maps pretty sure I can cbet quite a large % of hands here, the 2 overs+backdoor should be in my cbet range. Kinda sucks I block hands with crappy equity in his range.
But it should be reasonable to cbet all orange hands+, cf grey ones from heatmap (except XXss with backdoor) + add some CC range if needed to protect that cf part of my range (which isn't rly big, he seems to have more hands with crappy equity vs my range with all the broadways that missed)

do u plan to play 3bet/fold vs btn guy? Dont have calling range vs 4bets in that position?

As played i think this is pretty much standard cbet with your bd equity. Plus the board is better for u then for him so cbet should work fine.

Is that the new equilab software that ps is promoting atm? Looks pretty handy.

KQo I'm folding. That's the one preflop spot that I haven't figured out with defaults vs very good players yet tho (SBvBU depolarized vs 4bet) - people squeeze too little in BB at these stakes and 4bet either too much or too little so most if the time I get away with a having a flatting range + polarized 3betting ranges or easily knowing what to do vs a 4b so didn't find it cost effective to spend time on it.

When people start giving me trouble/if I'll play zoom again in the future the playability profiles feature for equity realization is the one I'll use to solve this.
      1) Set up playability filter for calling 4bet OOP
      2) using database/guesstimation put in R values for flat 4b oop
      3) Then use those with pot size vs different sizings/ranges to come up with calling and 5bet ranges to get somewhat unexploitable folding frequency. So far I'm just clicking buttons, when smn good aggro is in BB I have to 3b fold SB and a good player OTB 4bets me and I sit there with like ATs I'm always like..."fuck" :P

And yeah it's the power equilab. If equilab is all you are using for analysis, it is an absolute must imo. Just for the random flop alone it's worth paying $5/month actually.
Especially if any of the guys have done what I have and saved all default ranges for preflop - they automatically get carried over to the new equilab and you can do what I have in the hand example above (range v range on a board to see heatmap) in minutes

This week is busy - I'm visiting my hometown Liberec after months over the weekend. Going to a Uni ball so I will yet again embarrass myself on the dancefloor, to the world famous "Singles" bar, seeing my friends, family, doing a podcast, going to a couple lectures, one on Rationality and Emotions, one on The Chemistry of love.
During the week I wanna go for a coffee with a cool girl I met the other night, I like girls, this one happens to prefer them too and I didn't make that many friends in Prague so high hopes of getting a Wimgwoman ;)
Also have a date on Thursday with an Economics student from Ukraine, she's really smart and sarcastic...my cup of tea really. My sister warned me against girls from Russia and Ukraine, apparently they are high maintenance? But she knows only actresses, ballerinas and performers from a theater she works in so I will give this one a chance :)

Will be an eventful week, so my poker goals are realistic, but I will try my best to surpass them:
I will keep 4 tabling for sure - I just play better poker and can focus for more hours doing it.

      Week2 goals:
      [ ] 24hours poker. Again 4tabling max

      [ ]3 Excercise units 30min+

      [ ]2 trips to nature/culture

      [ ]podcast

If value means marriage and a bluff means a one night stand . . . then something in between I guess? :)

No, value can be 6+ months i guess. You still can learn some good stuff. Marriage is a bit too much for me at the moment. Still want to do some stupid stuff :D

Well I lived with a girl for 5 years in Scotland, then 2 years nothing besides a rebound and I went into a 6month vbet that didn't get to the river a few months back :P
So I'm open to anything but have one hard rule I will stand by - I will not change my life goals or plans because of a girl at this stage of my life.

Today's a relaxing day. Went shopping, cleaned, try to stay off computer, play only when I feel like it. Nice cooler is nice:
