Takes as long as it takes, there are 100's of people that have had free $$'s from this site, so be patient and you will get it.
The people behind this site do the best they can to get these processed, while you are waiting read some articles, so you have a better knowledge of what you are doing when you hit the tables.
If there are any problems with your ID checks etc, someone will contact you, if not then it's being processed.
just wanted to learn how long it takes, i cant even watch videos. which member status i need to be able to watch videos?

Well anyways:
The verification of your ID-scan takes usually 2 working days (so the weekend doesn't count). This applies also for the transfer of your starting capital. Thus you will receive your $50 within 4 working days after you've sent your ID-scan.
And please make sure you sent it with the email address you signed up here.
In addition please make sure that your personal information in your profile are complete.

that depends on the status that is linked to the video. We've got Basic - Diamond videos. So as a basic member you can only watch a few videos.
Just click here and choose your poker-variant on the right side and select the videos for basic members.

i created a ticket and they said it takes 48 hours and now it is more than 48 hours but still got nothing

Did you check your emails, maybe you have to send your ID first.
If you already sent it it can take up to 96 hours until you'll get your 50$.
Did you enter all required information in your profile

Are you living in the USA (we can't send the money to players that are currently living in the USA)

i got a mail from pokerstrategy about 50 hours ago and sent my id card 30 min. after i got the mail. i wrote ticket after 12 hours from sending, i got a reply: it normally take 48 hours. i said ok but it is now 50 hours.
i entered all required information in my profile

that's odd. But I'm sorry I can't access any of your personal information due to data protection so I can't give you any further information :\. Maybe you could try to write a new ticket. Or maybe SoyCD will have a look into this later.

eventually i got a reply, they say: send a copy of a bill.. lol this is 60 hours now, why didnt they want it before? anyway i sent it

If you sent your second ID yesterday its impossible that 90 hours have passed since then. ID checks require around 48 hours to process and transfers also 48 hours so you can expect to have at least another 2 days of waiting times.
