Recently, ESPN announced a plan to broadcast several episodes from this year's WSOP events.

For this year, ESPN will only be broadcasting footage from four events to make room for more main event coverage. The weekly broadcasts have been scheduled to air every Tuesday at 8 P.M. ET.

However, there were some issues with this year's coverage, as ESPN decided not to air some events, including the $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. event, which was not exactly well-received.

What are your plans for this year's WSOP coverage? Will you be following ESPN's complete coverage? Will you just check it from time to time? Or maybe you will just wait until November to see Phil Ivey in action?

I will certainly watch them all as I just love Norman Chad and Lon McEachern :-) I have all the WSOPs from 2003 - 2008, cannot get some high quality of older ones ..

But still, the choice of events sucks IMO, I would like to see the HORSE so much , also some PLO and Stud events, not just holdem All In PF AQ vs 77 lets flip it and whoever wins is the new Jamie Gold and never does anything again .. And after all, as Norman says, 4 of 5 dentists surveyed recommend Stud8 ;-)

The champions invitational is a nice idea I think, but still .. The old champions beating the field of < 100 entrants cannot be compared to those who can beat the 6k fields and make nice runs there more times (like Ivey and so)
