Here stats would help to see if he could call with A2 or A3 pf. On the flop I put him on 45, 22, 33, maybe AT+. I'd just call like you did. On the turn I'd still just call, because I don't even know if he could have A2 or A3. On a blank river against another bet I'd have to fold, although I'd only have $3 behind for a $3 pot...

I'd call turn and river with top two against unknown with strange stack size. He has A2 and A3 and just random Ax enough times to make up for the 54 and sets in my opinon. Still, no reason to raise on turn because you fold out some of the hands you might beat (AQ, AJ etc.)

i prefer opening 4x pre, the 45s and other that kind of hands might be forced out+ you get the pot bigger for yourself.

is the turn wasnt a king, i think i would fold, but when the king comes, we really have to call, because now we beat the A2 A3 hands if he plays them, so i would call, evaluate the river and his actions

I think b/c flop is fine, since he can sometimes c/r bluff or c/r with worse Ax hands
After you hit your K on the turn you can´t really get away your hand, sos hove is fine
