Villian is 14/12 with a 88 fold to 3b. These stats dont really show how he plays vs me though. We have got a really sick dynamic and are involved in many 3b/4b wars with each other.

CO: $152.75
Hero (BTN): $143.82
INVALID POS: $137.38
SB: $100.50

INVALID POS posts SB $0.50, SB posts BB $1.00

Pre Flop: (pot: $1.50) Hero has A♥ Q♦

fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to $3.00, Hero raises to $9.00, fold, fold, CO raises to $23.00, Hero raises to $143.82 and is all-in, fold

I think i like my play 100bb deep (kinda a value/bluff merge 3b/shove). I am not sure if my shove is good 140ishbb effective.

River: ($79.84, 2 players) 4♦

Preflop was just a bluff 3b. Flop was a bluff. With our dynamic i c/c the turn and prob c/c the river. With our dynamic maybe i should fold preflop.

Spoiler:he had 55.

Hand 2 i like a lot. Once you hit the 8, theres not many better hands that he doesnt ship for value pre so I think you should be good enough of the time to call down against this guy.

Hand 1 I think is overplayed, since he's never calling worse for 140bb eff (although potentially he is folding better). Thus i prefer to just call since your risk/reward ratio sucks so much. 100bb looks fine with the dynamic you mentioned.

I'm not sure at what exact point the shove becomes bad (and I may well be wrong that it is bad to begin with), but more than 110bb-115bb starts to look like a mistake.

In hand 1 I'd also call, even for 100BB. The reason is, that we do pretty good against his wide 4bettingrange (but he folds the bluffs if we shove).

If you think he calls AJ/AT you can ofc also just get it in, but I kinda doubt that.

In hand2 imo you should fold preflop.
Of course you can argue that this might be a 3bet for thin value, but A8o is very, very thin ;).
As played I like your play, I think on the river it's close if he bets 1/2 pot again - after all it's a bit of a levelling thing and I tend to be a nit when it comes to calling in thin spots, so imo both, folding and calling can be ok.

The only problem with calling (100bb deep) hand 1 is that we have such a small value range AK+, QQ+ and such a large bluff range that he can exploit us (i know this is nl100 and he might not know this).
a8 is a bluff 3b not a value 3b. On the river the only value hands he could bet are 99-1010, 7x (i think he has a few in his preflop calling range) and 22. He might even be scared and not bet 99-1010 so i think i prefer a call to a fold even though its very close.

I think another thing we have to consider is metagame (b/c he is like on every nl100 table). He readapted to my past agression by playin very tentative vs me (he does not open much and rarely 4bs and usually just folds to my 3b especially oop). I adapted to this by 3bing alot (almost any hand too weak or too strong to call) when i am in position (ie: BU vs Co, Co vs HJ, BB vs SB)

Theoretically yes. But most people will still fire a cbet on most boards - and if he checks it's also ok for us because we can consider to have SD-value and check it down.

a8 is a bluff 3b not a value 3b.
In this case I don't like it. You risk $9.5 to win a total of $14, therefore you'd need 73% foldequity to make it +EV to 3bet.
Even though most people have fold-to-3bet-percentages in the 7x% range, imo they don't fold that often BU vs blind.
You could argue that we can still hit something postflop and win more money, but given the tight range he continues we will usually even have some reverse implied odds.
Btw I think it would be a good 3bet if you were BU and he was CO.
